Critter Conga — Terms of Service

Agreement
By installing or using Critter Conga (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). If you don’t agree, please uninstall the app. Critter Conga is provided by Anthony Compofelice (“the developer”), an independent developer.
License
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms of Use.
In-App Purchases
- Remove Ads (non-consumable) — turns off banner and between-level ads permanently.
- Starter Pack (non-consumable, one time) — a rare critter, 500 coins, 100 gems and 2 streak freezes.
- Gem packs (consumable) — gems for continues and streak freezes.
- Holiday event passes (non-consumable) — an exclusive critter for that season’s event, more holiday guests, and double coins on event levels while the event runs.
- Parade Pass (auto-renewing monthly subscription) — pass-only critters, double daily chest coins, and no banner or between-level ads while active.
All purchases are processed by Apple. The developer does not handle your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly; refunds follow Apple’s policies (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Non-consumable purchases and the subscription can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID via Restore purchases in the Shop or Settings.
Parade Pass subscription
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Benefits end when the subscription lapses; critters already found stay in your album.
Virtual items
Coins, gems, streak freezes and critters are in-game items. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the app or resetting progress removes them (purchases can be restored as described above; consumed gems cannot). The developer may adjust game balance, level design and event dates at any time.
Advertising
Unless you own Remove Ads or an active Parade Pass, the app shows a banner on the home screen and occasional ads between levels, served by Google AdMob. Optional reward videos remain available to everyone and are always your choice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app outside the App Store, or use it in any way that violates Apple’s App Store Guidelines or applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
Critter Conga is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, bug-free behavior, or that the app will remain available indefinitely, and may discontinue the app at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost progress. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the past 30 days.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will appear here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
